What are my payment options?
Eastcoastalpine.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time for your order depends on the method of shipping you choose, and in some cases the geographic location of where your order is being shipped too (orders closer to the east coast will receive their products faster). Please take into account that each order is subject to a 1-2 day processing time when calculating the arrival date of your purchase. For more details, check out our Shipping information page.
Can I return or exchange items that I purchased?
Eastcoastalpine.com has a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for full credit within 7 days of receipt. After 7 days you may return or exchange your purchase for a full merchandise credit for up to 30 days. After 30 days any request for a refund or credit will be denied. All returns and exchanges must meet the criteria of our Returns Policy in order to be accepted.
How do I make a return or exchange?
All returns or exchanges must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#). To receive your RA#, please call (800-754-1150) or email us and let us know why you want to return your product. Items must be unused and in its original packaging with all of the product info, tags, and manuals. Please put original packing list on outside of box and write on the back of packing list why item is being returned. We recommend you use UPS or USPS insured to shipping your products back to us. You are responsible for all shipping costs when returning items. Place shipment label on out side of original package and ship to the address below with RA# included. Again, all returns and exchanges must meet the criteria of our Return Policy to be accepted.
