Return Policy


Eastcoastalpine.com has a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for a full credit, exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt.  After 7 days, only a merchandise credit can be issued.  After 30 days no request for refund or credit will be accepted.  All returns must have a Return Authorization Number (RA#)  and must meet the following criteria to be eligible for a refund.


Additional Criteria

  • Item must be unused and in the original condition that it was shipped in, including all packaging, tags, accessories, etc.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable
  • Shop mounted skis + bindings are not refundable
  • Special orders are not refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • All refunds for non-defected items exclude shipping charges - so if you bought item with Free Shipping promotion you will be refunded the price of the item less the shipping costs on our end.
  • When returning items to us, we recommend UPS or USPS insured.  We do not accept C.O.D's
  •  All items must be in "new" condition and in original packaging with all product info cards, manuals and accessories.  The original packing slip must be included on the package.  Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of you refund.  If part of a product becomes defected, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement unless otherwise specified by eastcoastalpine.com
  • Do not tape shut or place labels directly on boot or binding boxes - please box appropriately.
  • Please allow for one to three weeks for the processing of your return

Eastcoastalpine.com puts forth its very best efforts to ensure an accurate inventory of all the products we carry. However, sometimes items can sell out before the system can refresh the inventory count of each product.  If this happens to your order we will notify you within a timely fashion, usually no longer than one day, and we will credit you a full refund for your order.
